Weather Forecast During 10-11 Sep, the weak monsoon trough will lie across upper Thailand. The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and Gulf of Thailand will weaken affecting scattered rain. During 12-16 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across central and eastern Thailand, and the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will strengthen. Torrential rain still occurs with heavy in some places of the upper country. The wind waves are expected about 2 meters high in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. Low pressure cell over South China Sea and east of Philippines will be upgraded to tropical storm. Warning During 12-16 Sep, people in the Central and the East should beware of severe weather conditions. All ships in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should be procedure with caution.
