The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and Gulf of Thailand affecting scattered to fairly widespread rain. During 13-17 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across central and eastern Thailand, and the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will strengthen. Torrential rain still occurs with heavy in some places of the upper country. The wind waves are expected about 2 meters high in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
Low pressure cell over the east of Philippines upgraded to tropical storm “SANBA” is moving to the south of Japan and low pressure cell over South China Sea will be upgraded to tropical storm.
