And the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and Gulf of Thailand. These cause abundant rain and isolated heavy to very heavy fall likely over the country. The wind waves in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 2 meters high.
During 19-22 Sep, the High pressure area will weaken. The monsoon trough will move to the North and the Northeast and the moderated southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairly widespread rain and isolated heavy fall.
The typhoon “SANBA” in the Pacific Ocean is moving to Okinawa Island, Japan and Korean Peninsula during 16-17 Sep.
