General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central and the lower Northeast, and the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand is intensified and causes scattered rain and isolated heavy rain in the areas.

Typhoon “JELAWAT” was centered east of Philippines. Expected to move to upper Luzon island, Philippines on 27 September 2012. It has no effect on Thailand.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
