During 24-29 Sep, high pressure area from China will extend its ridge to the North and the Northeast of Thailand. The active monsoon trough lies across the Central and the East and the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. These cause more rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain over Thailand. Wind wave about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
Besides, the tropical storm “JELAWAT” over east of the Philippines is moving to Luzon, Philippines on 27 sep, and has no effect to Thailand.
Warning Warning. - During day 23-29 Sep, people in the upper South of Thailand and During day 25-29 Sep, people in the North, the Northeast the Central and the East should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should be proceed with caution
