General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of moderated high pressure area still covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cooler weather and mist are expected in the morning over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East of Thailand.

The easterly winds bringing moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the South are intensifying. Torrential rain is likely with heavy in some place. The moderate wind-waves are about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf.
