General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time During 23-27 Oct, another high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Isolated to widely scattered rain and 1-2 oC drops is expected over upper Thailand. This condition first at northeastern Thailand and then rest. More rain and isolated heavy remain in the lower South with the wind-waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during the period.
