General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The low pressure cell over the middle South will move to the Andaman Sea. Abundant rains and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are likely over the South. People in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong and Phang-nga should beware of heavy to very heavy rain during this period. Wind-wave in the Gulf especially in the thundershower areas with above 2 meters high. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.

The moderate high pressure area covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool with morning fog is likely in the North and the Northeast.
