Weather Forecast During 25-29 Oct, the weakening high pressure has extended to the upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool with mist in the morning and Isolated light rains remains in the North and the upper Northeast. The active low pressure cell in the coastal areas of the Gulf and the central South was moved to the Andaman Sea. Scattered Thundershowers is likely in the South and isolated heavy rain in the upper part. The wind wave in the upper Andaman Sea of Thailand about 2 meters high in the couple day.
During 30-31 Oct, the active high pressure area from China will extended the upper Thailand. Thundershowers is expected over Thailand for the early stages and then drop 1-3oC in temperature whit fog in the morning. This condition will first in the Northeast and then rest. The Easterly wind over the South and the Gulf of Thailand cause scattered thundershowers in this period.
Tropical Storm “SON TINH” in the eastern portion of the Philippines will move westward to the middle South China Sea and will hit upper Vietnam on 27 Oct. Increasing rains are likely especially in the eastern part of the Northeast.
Warning During 25-26 Oct, People in the upper Southern (west coastal) from Ranong to Phangnga should beware of heavy to very heavy rain. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
