General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The high pressure area over the upper Northeast has weakened. Increasing fog is likely in the North, the Northeast and the Central during this period. People in these areas should beware driving vehicles in fog areas.

During 11-14 Nov 2012, the another nearly active high area from China will extend to upper Thailand. Thundershowers

and then 2-4 C drops is likely in the area. The easterly wave will move from the South China Sea cover to the Gulf and the South. Increasing rainfalls and isolated heavy rain are likely in the South. Wind wave in the Gulf will strengthen.
