"Tropical depression over the South China Sea "

At 0400 a.m. today, tropical depression over the lower South China Sea was centered about 500 km. southeast of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam or at latitude 7.5 ?N and longitude 110.5 ?E with maximum sustained wind about 55 km./hr.. It is moving west-northwestward slowly to the tip of Indochina on 15 November 2012. During 15-17 Nov, increasing rain and isolated heavy fall is expected in the lower Northeast, the Central, the East and the South of Thailand. Stronger wind wave is likely in the Gulf of Thailand with 2-3 meters high.
The moderate high pressure covering upper Thailand is weakening. Morning cool with fog is remaining in the North and the Northeast.
