General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time At 01.00 a.m. today, tropical depression over the coast of Vietnam was moved to Ho Chi Minh city and decline to a low pressure cell. Expected it will move to in to the Gulf of Thailand during 16-18 November, more rain in the lower Northeast, the Central, the East and the South of Thailand. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the provinces of Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Chumphon.
Another ridge of strong high pressure will cover upper Thailand by 17 November causing cool weather and windy in the North and the Northeast.
