General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The weak high pressure cover the upper country induces cool and fog in the morning with thick patches in some places of the North and upper Northeast. All transport should proceed with caution. The easterly winds over the Gulf of Thailand and southern Thailand is weakening. Scattered rain is likely over the South.
The rather strong high pressure area over China will extended to upper Thailand and the South China Sea on 24 Nov, 2012. Thundershowers and gust with 1-3 C drops is expected over upper Thailand. This condition will occur in the Northeast at the first and the others part later. More rain is likely in the South and stronger wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand with 2 meter of high.
