The easterly wave prevails over the middle Gulf and the South. Scattered to fairly widespread and isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower Central, the East and the South. The moderated wind waves are expected about 2 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution during 26-27 November.
