Weather Forecast During 25-29 Dec, the high pressure area over upper Thailand is weakening and westerly trough will move pass the North. But cool to cold weather in generally with morning fog are likely in upper Thailand while minimum temperature below 16 C in many places and windy are likely in the North. Isolated frost remains on the mountaintops in the North. Decreasing rainfalls are likely in the South. Wind wave in the Gulf will weaken.
During 30-31 Dec, another high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather in generally continue. Increasing rainfalls are likely in the South. Wind wave in the Gulf will strengthen.
The tropical storm “Wukong” in the Pacific ocean or in the eastern of Philippines will move to the middle South China Sea on 27 Dec. This storm has no effect to Thailand.
Warning Throughout this period, people in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East should take care healthy from cool to cold weather. During 30-31 Dec, people in the South from Chumphon southward should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward should keep ashore.

Cool elsewhere, minimum temperature 16-19 C. Maximum temperature 27-30 C. Very cold and isolated frost on mountaintops, minimum temperature 2-8 oC. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
During 30-31 Dec, 2-3 C drops. Cold in the upper part, minimum temperature 10-13 C.
