Warmer weather by 1-2 C rises is likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East, except the North sees cooler weather continually due the prevailing northwest upper winds. Cold remains on high mountains with isolated frost on mountaintops. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South leading to less rain I the areas with the rather strong wind-waves in the lower Gulf, and all ships from Surat Thani downward should proceed with caution.
