Weather Forecast During 10-12 Jan, the nearly active high pressure area from China has extended to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea with the northwesterly upper level winds prevail over the Northern and the upper Central. Cooler weather with 3-5 oC drops and windy are expected the upper Thailand, while minimum temperature will be below 16 C in some places of the Northeast. Cold to very cold with isolated frost on mountaintops is expected in the North and the Northeast. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and southern Thailand. Scattered rains are likely in the lower South. Wave height about 2 meters is expected in the lower Gulf.
During 13-16 Jan, the high pressure area over Thailand will weaken. Rising temperature is likely but still cool weather and morning fog in upper Thailand while decreasing rain in the South and weak wind wave.
