General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate high pressure remains over upper Thailand. Cool weather is likely with fog in the morning and some thick patches in the North, the Northeast and the Central. All transport should proceed with caution in areas of poor visibility. The south has isolated rain caused by the easterly wind across the Gulf of Thailand.
During 17-20 January, another high pressure from China will approach upper Thailand and the South China Sea bringing cooler weather dropping to 4-6 C and strong wind.
