General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The another nearly active high pressure area from China will approach upper Thailand and the South China Sea tomorrow. During 17-20 January, cooler weather dropping to 4-6 C and windy are expected in the Northeast at the first and the other part later.
The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. Increasing rainfalls are likely in the South with stronger wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during 18-21 January.
