General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another nearly active high pressure area from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cooler weather dropping to 4-6 C and strong winds are expected in the Northeast, the Central and the East.
The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. Increasing rainfalls are likely in the South with stronger wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during 18-21 January.
