General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate high pressure area over upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool weather with morning fog and thick patches in some areas remains in the North and the Northeast. All transports should proceed with caution due to poor visibility. The southeasterly winds prevail over the Central and the East with the humidity from the Gulf leading to isolated to widely scattered rain.
During 27-30 Jan, the nearly high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand. Thundershower with isolated gust and drop in 3-5 C is expected in upper Thailand. This condition will occur in the Northeast at first and the other later.
