General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The westerly trough from Myanmar will move to the North and the western Central tonight (29 Jan, 2013). During 29-31 Jan, 2013, thunderstorm with gust is likely in the North, the upper Central and the upper Northeast. While isolated heavy rain and hail especially is expected in the North. People in the areas should beware of severe weather during the period.

The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand causing 2 meters of wave height in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward. All ship should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
