The southeasterly winds bring the humidity from the Gulf and the South China Sea over the lower Central, the East and the South. Isolated to widely scattered rains are likely in the areas. During 18-20 Feb, The westerly trough will move cover the upper North. Isolated to widely scattered with isolated gust and 1-3 oC drops are expected over the North.
After that during 20-23 Feb, another moderate high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Thundershowers with gust and 2-4 oC drops.
