Weather Forecast During 20-24 Feb, the nearly active high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Thunderstorms and isolated gust with dropping in 3-5 oC is likely in upper Thailand. After that during 25-26 Feb, this high pressure area over upper Thailand will weaken. Decreasing in rainfall and rising in temperature is expected in the North and the upper Northeast.
The Northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South of Thailand will strength during 22-26 Feb, and tropical depression over the South China Sea will move to nearly the Tip of China Sea. Increasing in rainfall is expected in the South with isolated heavy rain especially during 23-25 Feb. The stronger wind wave is likely in the Gulf of Thailand with 2-3 meters of high.
Warning During 20-22 Feb, people in upper Thailand should beware of thunderstorm with gust. During 22-26 Feb, people in the South should beware heavy rain and all ship in the Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore
