General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The nearly active high pressure area extends to middle China. It is expected to approach upper Thailand and the South China Sea by 2 March. Summer thunderstorms are likely with thunderstorm, gust and hail in upper Thailand then dropping to 5-7 C. This condition affects first the Northeast and later the rest of the country. Peoples should beware of severe conditions and changeable weather during 2-5 March.
