The nearly active high pressure area from China remains over the Central and East of Thailand causing summer thunderstorms in the upper part of the country, as well as thunderstorm, gust and some hail especially in the North. Widespread rain is likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East. Peoples in the North should beware of severe conditions by 4 March.
During 4-5 March, the stronger easterly winds triggers widely to scattered rain over the South and waves about 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should take extra caution.
