Weather Forecast During 6-7 Mar, the weak high pressure over upper Thailand causes increasing temperature while the Northe experiences cold in the morning with slight drop in temperature due to the prevailing vertical northwest winds. The moderate easterly winds still prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand leading to widely to scattered rain over in the South with waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf.
During 7-9 Mar, thunderstorms with some gust are expected in the North and the upper Northeast due to the prevailing westerly trough. Thereafter, during 10-12 March, the North and the Northeast will see cool in the morning dropping to 5-7 oC. During 7-12 March, the wind waves will become weak due to the influence of the weak easterly over the Gulf and the South of Thailand.
Warning During 6-7 Mar, all ships in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat past south should take extra caution. During 7-9 Mar, people in the North, the Northeast and the Central should beware of possible thundershowers and gust.
