"Low Pressure in lower South China Sea"

The low pressure in the upper Andaman Sea was moved to between Myanmar and Ranong province of Thailand. The strong southeasterly winds over the Gulf and the South cause fairly widespread rainfalls and isolated heavy rain over the lower Central, the East and the upper South. People should beware of the severe condition during 1-2 days. Wind-waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea sand upper Gulf of Thailand should keep ashore next one day.
