General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Tropical cyclone “MAHASEN” (01B) in the middle bay of Bengal is moving northeastward and expected to over the Chittagong, Bangladesh about on 16 May 2013. This cause the southwesterly winds prevail covers Thailand and increasing rain in many places especially the westward of Thailand and the East (16-17 May 2013). The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is remains strong with wave high 2-3 meters, small boats keep ashore during the period.
