General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Tropical cyclone “MAHASEN” (01B) in the upper bay of Bengal is expected to make landfall in the Chittagong, Bangladesh by today (16 May 2013). This cause more rain in the North, the southwesterly winds prevails covers Thailand and increasing rain especially the westward of Thailand and the East (16-18 May 2013). The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is remains strong with wave high 2-3 meters, small boats keep ashore during the period.
