General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman sea, Thailand and the Gulf leading to scattered rain over Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the upper Northeast.

During 23-25 May, the southwesterly wind over the Andaman sea, Thailand and the Gulf becomes stronger with more rainfall and isolated heavy rain in western Thailand and the East. People should beware of severe weather. The wind-waves will strengthen in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand.
