An active low pressure cell in the upper Bay of Bengal causing remains rain in the western North and the Central, the East and the South West Coast. Wind wave in the upper Andaman Sea is about 2 meters high and above 2 meters in the thundershowers areas.
During 30 May- 1 Jun, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. The southeasterly wind from the South China Sea prevails over the Northeast and the East. Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain. After that the southeasterly wind has weaken cause rain fall decrease.
Warning Warning During 30 May- 1 Jun, people in the western North and the Central, the upper Northeast, the East and the Southern West Coast should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution especially in the thundershowers.
