General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, and the southeasterly wind from the South China Sea prevails over the Northeast. Torrential rain and isolated heavy fall is likely overall country especially in the western portion, the East and the upper South. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
