The southeast winds form the South China sea prevails over the Northeast causes torrential rain and isolated heavy rain in the western portion of Thailand and the East. The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is expected about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
During 7-8 Jun, the weakening southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Decreasing rain is likely over the country.
During 9-10 Jun, the stronger southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand causes increasing rain and isolated heavy rain in the western portion of Thailand and the East. The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is expected 2-3 meters.
Warning During 5 - 6 and 9-11 Jun, people in the western North, the East and the South West Coast should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 9 - 11 Jun.
