General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South, the East and the lower Northeast to the active low pressure cell in the South China Sea, and the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain and heavy to very heavy falls are expected much of the Central, the East and the western South while the upper North and the upper Northeast has a decrease in rainfall. People should beware of severe conditions. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 13-14 June.
