Weather Forecast During 12-16 Jun, the strong monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South, the East and the lower Northeast to the low pressure cell over the South China Sea. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand causes torrential rain and heavy rainfalls in many areas. The wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
During 17-18 Jun, the monsoon trough will lie across to the upper North and the upper Northeast. Warning During 12-14 Jun, people in the Central, the Bangkok Metropolis and vicinity, the East and the South should beware of severe conditions. During 12-18 Jun, all ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should take more caution and small boats should keep ashore.
