Weather Forecast During 13-15 Jun, the strong monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South, the East and the lower Northeast to the low pressure cell over the South China Sea. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand causes torrential rain and heavy to very heavy rainfalls in many areas while the upper North and the upper Northeast has a decrease in rainfall. The wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
During 16-19 Jun, the monsoon trough will lie across to the upper North and the upper Northeast. The strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand causes torrential rain and heavy to very heavy rainfalls in some areas. The wind waves are expected 2-4 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
The stronger low pressure cell over the South China sea intends to cover the Gulf of Tonkin during 15-16 Jun.
Warning During 13-14 Jun, people in the Central, the East and the South should beware of severe conditions. During 13-19 Jun, all ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should take more caution and small boats should keep ashore.
