Weather Forecast During 20-24 Jun, the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, low pressures cell over the upper South China sea intend to cover the Gulf of Tonkin and the upper Viet Nam causes increasing rain and isolated heavy rain in the upper South and the East. The wind waves are expected 2-4 meters high in the Andaman Sea and about 2 meters in the upper Gulf. During 25-26 Jun, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is will weaken. The wind waves are about 1-2 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea
The tropical strom ‘Leepi’ over eastern Formosa is forecast to departure for Japan with no effect on Thailand.
Warning All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should take with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 20-24 Jun.
