General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The southwest monsoon that dominates over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening. Torrential rain is likely over the country during a few days. The wind wave in the upper Andaman Sea is weakened, 1-2 meters high.
