General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand has weakened. Decreasing rain is likely over the country, as well as the wind wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. During 13-15 July, the southwest monsoon over the areas gets stronger to bring more rain, as well as stronger wind waves.

Typhoon “Soulik” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move near Taiwan and eastern China during 12-13

July 2013. This storm will not have a significant impact on Thailand,s weather.
