During 13-16 Jul, the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand, the southeasterly winds from the South China Sea over upper Thailand causes more rain and isolated heavy rain is likely over the upper Thailand. Wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand 2-3 meters high.
