General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time During 13-15 July, the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, southern and the Gulf of Thailand the gets stronger and the southeasterly winds from the South China Sea bring the humid to upper Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain is expected over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East as well as stronger wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand with about 2 meters high. All ship in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
Typhoon “SOULIK” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move to Taiwan and eastern China during 12-13 July 2013. This storm will not have a significant impact on Thailand’s weather.
