General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand has strengthened. The low pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin. More rain and isolated heavy rain is likely over the country. The stronger wind wave 2-3 meters high is likely in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore a few days.
