General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The westerly winds prevail over upper Thailand causes decreasing rain during a few days. The strong southwest monsoon that dominates over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand causes strong wind wave 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.
