General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast to the low pressure cell in the middle South China Sea. The strong southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rainfalls and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are continuously over the country today. People especially in Nakhon Ratchasima, Sa Keao, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong and Phang-nga should beware of the severe conditions. The strong wind wave

2-3 meters high is likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.

During 25-26 Jul, this monsoon trough and the southwest monsoon will weaken. Decreasing in rainfall is expected over Thailand.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mainly in

Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae and Phetchabun.

Variable winds 10-30 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nong Khai,

Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Loei, Chaiyaphum and

Nakhon Ratchasima.

Minimum temperature 23-24 ?C. Maximum temperature 30-32 ?C.

Variable winds 10-30 km/hr.

Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani,

Lop Buri, Saraburi, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

Westerly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain

in Nakhon Nayok, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (East Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers

mostly in Phetchaburi,

Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters off-shore.

Southern Part (West Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers

and isolated heavy to very heavy rain mainly in Ranong, Phang-nga and Phuket.
