General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure in Vietnam moves to Laos. It is expected to move west covering the upper North and Northeast of Thailand during 1-2 days. Torrential rain, as well as more rain, is forecast over the areas. All the following should beware of the severe condition. The areas include Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Tak, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Phetchabun, Loei, Nong Khai and Bueng Kan.
The stronger southwest monsoon over the Central and the East leads to more rain and isolated heavy rain in Kanchanaburi. There remains less rain in the South.
