General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand to the active low in the Philippines has weaken and the strong southwest monsoon remain over the Central and the East. Torrential rain, as well as more rain, is forecast over the areas. All the following should beware of the severe condition. The areas include Tak, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Ubon Ratchathani, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Nayok and Prachin Buri. There remains less rain in the South.
