General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the upper part of North and the Northeast to the low pressure in the Gulf of Tonkin. More rain is likely in the North and the upper Northeast during 2-3 days.

The stronger southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. The wind wave in the upper Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea is expected about 2 meters high. All ship should proceed with caution during this period.

Tropical storm “TRAMI” over the Pacific ocean was centered northeast of the Luzon, Philippines. It is forecast to move to Taiwan and eastern China during 22-23 Aug. All passengers travelling to the areas would check the weather forecast before their departure.
