General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the upper part of North and the Northeast to the low pressure in the Gulf of Tonkin. More rain is likely in the North and the upper Northeast during 2-3 days.

The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. The wind wave in the upper Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea is expected about 2 meters high. All ship should proceed with caution during this period.

Tropical storm “TRAMI” over the Pacific ocean was centered east of Taiwan and moving northwest about 18 km/hr . This storm will move to head of Taiwan and eastern China during 21-22 Aug. All passengers travelling to the areas would check the weather forecast before their departure.

Chiang Mai,

Chiang Rai, Phayao and Nan.

Central Part Widely scattered thundershowers mostly in Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani,

Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri and Saraburi.
