General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The nearly intense monsoon trough lies across the low pressure cell over the Central to the East and the Northeast through the low pressure cell over the coast of middle Vietnam. The low pressure cell over the Central is moving along the trough to the Gulf of Martaban. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Abundant rain is likely in Thailand with isolated heavy rain mainly in the lower North, the Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the coast of the East and the upper South. People should beware of heavy rain during this period.
Wind wave about 2 meters is expected in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution.
